HAF ENGAGEMENT-FULFILLMENT (SGMS+ METRICS)

SUMMARY

HAF Engagement-Fulfillment system’s implementation uses:

    • An organization’s collective “alignment” of human-value and purpose-driven focus that is actively expressed internally and externally.
    • A culture of organizational facilitation and support to ensure/fulfill every person’s requirement of “task-role connectivity” confidence that builds efficiency-confidence on agreed performance roles
    • Gap metrics measures all the variables to identify, remove and prevent further gaps

This “connectivity” requires individual self-perception input, feedback, coaching, new knowledge standards-practices, incentives, rewards, recognition, cultural support, gap metrics and ongoing surveys (“pulse for insight readiness”). Individual performance is sustainably engaged an advisory or coaching management role supported by ongoing “new education” and wellness online (apps-daily practices). Gaps to efficiency and performance criteria are removed and prevented promoting confidence and career fulfillment needs.

Behavioral systems using evidence-based components:

    • New education provides ongoing professional and personal development (apps) support-culture
    • Kahn (1990) : individual preference in their work roles is directly dependent on their “connectivity” to the job tasks that are based on cognitive, emotional, and physical needs and desires which is then incentivized through “gain” and opposed to “negative reinforcement or loss of reward”.
    • McClelland: every person, thru culture and life experiences, will choose one or more driving motivating needs for achievement, affiliation, or power.
    • White & Harter Effectance, Expectancy): individual’s need and confidence to test, solve and master goals is influenced by rewards and or the recognition of significant others.
    • Alderfer and Maslow (hierarchy of needs): Alderfer’s ERG expands Maslow’s hierarchy with existence, relatedness and growth (various priority levels for different individuals)
