EACH HAF MISSION PROJECT ENSURES SUSTAINABLE GROWTH
THRUOUGH THE SUCCESSUL ENGAGEMENT-FULFILLMENT
OF EACH STAKEHOLDER IN ITS ECOSYSTEM

Self-sustaining local communities require all 5 projects and ongoing decision-making and participation of its members.

All Five HAF Mission Projects build a current, resilient, and self-sustainable future for generations to come.

HAF’s sustainable local community model is based on revitalizing a community culture which respects and invites each member to be use a “parent and family role” which replaces the non-existent vital role. This vital role requires both an individual and collective daily focus in; planning, building, problem-solving, managing, educating, resource development and security programs.

HAF Advisors will assist each local community to build a sustainable engagement-fulfillment culture which will increase accountability and fulfillment for local community member needs, both current and future.

Organic Business Sustainable Growth: Each local community business will prove its clear alignment with both local and external market needs. A self-sustaining culture of human-centeredness and wellness engagement-performance direction will be efficiently managed by a proven team culture that leads with purpose-driven focus for the fulfillment of all stakeholders (markets, leadership, workforce, management)

HAF Advisors will assist families to remain whole in their communities for future posterity of both the family and the community. Historically, America’s small towns witnessed its children moving into cities for better jobs and compensation and has led to local communities inability to be self-sustainable during economic changes.

Organic Peace Project: To sustain local community longevity it must feel safe and secure. Recent and current destabilization factors of health, minority biases, political corruptions, increasing violence threatens this security. HAF’s Peace Action Initiatives provides a local community to remove any gaps that maintain these destabilizing factors and returns each community member to the right of a “peaceful” environment for future posterity.

Organic Local Community & Social Revitalization: Moral and ethical corruptions have bred an unstable community base which requires a return to daily practices of higher human values, ethics and integrity for each community member. HAF’s Social Revitalization program revitalizes human-valued social standards throughout local community daily lifestyles.

Organic New Education Model: Local public and continued educational models require an update in programs that reflect a “practical” and self-sufficient social revitalization. HAF New Education Models provide early internships for students (ages 12+ and colleges) to establish active participation in each standard educational category within community practices. Civic education internship and community students begin their observation and participation in their community from grade school with parents and teachers etc.

Organic Eco-Stewardship and Healing-Therapy : Preserving our natural environments and resources, in every local community, greatly contributes to current and future sustainable growth of basic natural resources. Additionally, daily stewardship practices of each community’s natural environments/resources, by community students and members, increases inner healing, natural stress reduction, creativity, imagination, physical stamina, food and energy resources etc. These programs will organize, mentor and provide coaching to facilitate the fulfillment of sustaining the natural resources of each community while also building a self-healing benefit for each steward.
