Local Communities’ Public & Private New Education Model: Primary, secondary and higher educational models are outdated and proven impractical to meet the daily world needs of local members and their local communities. The new education models will apply knowledge, practices and tools from social, technical, scientific and commercial areas for each youth and adult to successfully identify and fulfill their purpose and duties in the following areas:
civic duties – family & relationship daily health practices – emotional daily good health practices – morals and human fulfillment daily practices – business trade practices – financial resilience and sustainability – innovation & creativity – healthy community member team culture practices – individual & community resilient sustainability practices – preservation & efficient usage of natural environment resources
Full educational engagement with daily practices empower and build brain neuro-plasticity which promotes critical-thinking ease in problem-solving at every level. A career choice is made easier through this new educational model which engages youth to begin exercising various types of work activities and relationships within their place of birth or long term residence. Every local community normally uses the various career roles and local professional (business-institution) mentors can bridge the gap of confusion and ill-preparedness for career-seeking youth.
When every child, teen, adult, veteran and retiree expands their knowledge base and tools their fulfillment level support greater growth in the applications of their knowledge and tools daily.
Every person has a unique and inherent combination of talent, skills and creative thinking that contributes to the whole therefore providing the youth with practical and scientific education, skill sets and tools gives them the leverage needed to be confident in their daily engagements from class materials to daily life social and business experiences.
NEW EDUCATIONAL MODEL
LOCAL COMMUNITY EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES
Primary Schools – will utilize the Montessori model. (Ages 5-10) along with family involvement in parent-teacher mentor modeling. Educational needs per family will be assessed for each child. Optional online support will be organized for special educational training for home education with parents for special needs.
Secondary Schools – will continue to utilize the Montessori model and supplemented with the educational categories for reference terms and entry association into local community roles. Parent-Teacher-Duo Mentoring applications organized for system understanding. (Ages 11-15)
Tertiary Schools I – will incorporate 2 year college applications for all educational categories. 2 year will supply basic system orientation with proficiency assessment per practice application (internship within the local community platform) (Ages 16-18). This segment will provide program education, training and practices for purpose-driven career and personal fulfillment (evolutionary focus)
Tertiary Schools II – will incorporate 4 year colleges initiating specialization by applicant’s request. Mentor with Family support applications will be organized for continuity. Internships within the local community will be organized and proficiency assessment based on performance outcomes within each specialization.
Current Skilled Trade School Models will be integrated into the full scope and cycle of eduction, training and internship.
INTERNSHIPS: Beginning with 25% internship increasing to 75% internship will be assessed and monitored by Mentor with each educational sector as well as either the local community sector administrator. Further options will be managed by Mentor, Community sector administrator and special needs of the intern applicant.
EDUCATIONAL SECTORS : Each sector will provide fulfillment systems for each student through its Mentors, teachers with added family support.
Practical applications will be realized in each sector within both the educational program and the local community resource administration/mgmt..
HEALTH-BIOLOGY-SCIENCE
Using all 3 models to organize the QUANTUM Entanglement Educational Model
This model begins with the “nature” of Being (Soul-spirit-matter) expressions of intelligent human life forms.
Cosmology (within Science) to add the larger life bodies

Encompassing “civic” training to serve the Community beginning with the Constitution.
Higher human values and “Purpose-driven” models are incorporated into the civic training for daily practices in all community interactions. Leadership qualities that emphasize compassion and approved empathic sectors will be incorporated into both education and civic model trainings.

FAMILY AND CHILDREN EDUCATIONAL MODEL FOR COMMUNITY FULFILLMENT TRAINING
(this educational model can be used in other educational categories) Civic duty orientation will be required of each community family member head or parents and family children, beginning with age 8 (age of reason development) will begin observation period with parent and community Civic mentor.
R&D (branch) will investigate all civilizations (ancient to now) to identify best samples of self-sufficient and resilient administration of local community model which has built in wealth management (Trust holdings) of local community “Resources”. Resources are both tangible and intangible.
Higher human value training in the areas of basic applications of emotional intelligence, morality, virtues and purposeful living daily practice – in conjunction with mentor, teachers and family member applications (PEACE ACTION basic training for all members).

HAF will provide an educational platform to children for all human relationship needs as well as important health vitality self-help basics through practical exercise apps which will help them with emotional intelligence, building creativity-imagination-confidence-etc, as well as the basics of how humans relate to each other for fulfillment (emotional, mental). These will be organized to be fun and entertaining for daily practice that will also include human moral, honesty and compassion sections for daily practice.
HAF ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM
Scholarship provided through internship: This program will assess the level of commitment and facilitate all the training through HAF without expense to the participant following an internship agreement to participate in the HAF Mission Projects.

HAF is offering internship scholarship opportunities to high school-college students and other interested independent thinking drivers. Part of the training will be HAF practice programs within HAF business projects. College credits and certification for completion of the HAF Entrepreneurial Program will be provided upon completion of the program.

Design 1: Your Best Personal Success Blueprint
- This module is designed to help you define success for yourself through exploring the hidden beliefs you hold about success. You’ll learn the truths of success, and the role of culture and family in defining success. You’ll also participate in the exercises, which will guide you to deeper questions of your beliefs about success, as well as how those beliefs compare to others. By the end of this module you’ll be able to assess yourself, your values, and your images of what success means. As a result, you can begin to adapt the tools that will work for you to achieve whatever your definition of success is.
Week 2: (2 hours)
Design 2: Success on Your Own Terms
- In this module, you’ll learn how to think about success on your own terms. You’ll explore ways of looking inside yourself, and into your past, to find the values and capabilities that you have determined for your personal success. You’ll identify your “diamonds” – the capabilities you have in your own heart and soul to develop the inner and outer success fulfillment that will be most satisfying to you. Rapport: Cooperation, Competition, and Comparisons
- In this module, you’ll learn when to compete and when to cooperate to achieve success. You’ll explore the three key principles of cooperation and competition: scarcity, sociability and dynamic instability, and learn how to determine which approach to use based on your situation. You’ll also discover how to use comparisons to provide motivation, and how to avoid “invidious” comparisons which can lead to discouragement or unethical behavior. Week 1: (3 hours)
This module is designed to introduce you to the core principles of leadership from the point of view of the whole person, describe the 18 skills that bring these principles to life, and provide you with a self-assessment tool to determine your skills and establish a baseline for your development. Through top leadership case studies. Learning and practically applying the skills of envisioning your legacy, weaving together the “loose” strands of your life, and seeing new ways of doing things. This module is designed to help you understand and develop the six leadership skills of conveying values through stories, building supportive networks, resolving conflicts, holding yourself accountable, applying all your resources, and focusing on results. Week 3: (2 hours)
During this segment you will learning and apply, through practice, the six leadership skills of:
- aligning actions and values
- managing boundaries intelligently
- embracing change courageously
- knowing what matters
- helping others
- challenging the status quo
These skill sets will be identified in your leader role models for final edits within your genuine values and practice these skills in action as they nurture and build “service to others” mindsets in those around you in all areas of life. By the end of this module, you’ll learn exercises for clarifying your ideal self to know what really matters, finding the larger meaning in what you do so you act in ways that are consistent with your values, managing boundaries so you reduce distractions and pay attention to who matters most, leading through helping others, questioning the status quo, and building the courage to embrace change.
Week 4: (3 hours)
In this segment, you will learn and practice the essential leadership skills of embodying values consistently, clarifying expectations, and creating a culture of innovation. You’ll see how these skills are applied in the leadership of chosen leaders (your own and others). You’ll learn how to combine all 18 leadership skills to make full use of your talents and passions to serve others and lead the life you want, no matter what your work setting, family circumstances, or cultural background. By the end of this module, you’ll learn exercises for embodying your values no matter where you are, developing a process for identifying what people really want from you, and using teaching as a way to create cultures of innovation at work, at home, and in the community.
INFLUENCING WITH INTEGRITY SUCCESS
About this Course
What does it mean to be influential? How does one persuade others to pursue a unified goal? How does one leverage power? In this course, you’ll learn how to develop influence and to become more effective in achieving your organizational goals. To begin, it is important to understand and align with what is integrity whose meaning implies trustworthiness implies trustworthiness and incorruptibility to a degree that one is incapable of being false to a trust, responsibility, or pledge. It implies tried and proven honesty or integrity.
This word is one of the least practiced for most in society today yet if we look at the root word you can see why. Let us review the etymology of this word from Latin. The word integrity evolved from the Latin adjective “integer”. Integer’s meaning in Latin is meaning “whole or “complete”. It is defined as an “undivided or unbroken completeness”, or a state of being complete or whole. When used to describe a person, it refers to the concept of living by one’s values and principles.
In this course the door will open to “living by one’s values and principles”. This living principle in life is what holds “influence” in every word, thought and action. Living in integrity will always bring harmony and balance into life and all business transactions once this integrity is unveiled and upheld in daily living.
Influence requires the employment of “integrity” both internally and then externally. To maintain integrity of human values and principles the chosen expression of “influence” is simply a tool and not the destination. With ethics the ability to utilize your unique character’s moral principles to guide the outcome precisely within the context of “serving the whole”.
You will learn how to understand the framework of ethics, power and influence with integrity to materialize the agreed outcomes and goals for the benefit of all concerned. This course will provide advanced nonverbal and verbal skills as tools of power and influence in which you will exercise the how to develop your skills of persuasion and leverage. By the end of this course, you’ll know your own strengths and how to use them to get what you need, how to gain power and influence, and how to leverage relationships and alliances to achieve your goals in both business and in life. The dynamics of effective networks will be explored for expanding your realms of influence. You will experience greater power and influence with integrity that will bring great fulfillment, beyond your expectations.

Week 1: (3 hours)
In this module, we’ll begin by defining influence. You’ll weigh the pros and cons of proactivity and political ability, and find the right balance to get any job done within your organization. You’ll learn different models of power structures and dynamics, and discover the importance of flexibility, situational awareness, and agency. By the end of this module, you’ll be better able to analyze organizational structure, recognize processes within your organization that need improvement, and use your power of influence to optimize these processes.
Week 2: (3 hours)
In this module, you’ll examine social networks and relationships, and learn how they can help you accomplish your organizational goals. You’ll be able to differentiate between dense and disconnected networks, and weigh the benefits and costs of diversification within your networks. Then you’ll learn about both successful strategies and common pitfalls in cultivating a network and see how authentic generosity will build reciprocity in your networks and vice versa. You’ll also explore coalitions and how alliances between parties with different perspectives can be very effective and efficient in achieving mutual goals. By the end of this module, you’ll learn effective strategies for networking, coalition-building, and leveraging, and will be able to form strong alliances and relationships both inside and outside your organization.
Week 3: (3 hours)
This module was designed to help you develop your persuasive tactics and rhetoric to increase your influence. By discussing historical examples of classical principles of persuasion—from Aristotle to the six SUCCESS factors—you’ll learn what makes ideas memorable and be able to craft effective messages of your own. You’ll assess your own strengths and weaknesses in influence tactics by taking the Leverage Inventory survey. You’ll also explore statistical analysis examining the relative effectiveness of soft, hard, and smart power strategies. By the end of this module, you’ll be able to employ a toolbox of approaches to gain power and influence and be prepared to bring the right leveraging skills to any situation.
Week 4: (3 hours)
In this module, you’ll examine the ethical implications of persuasion and the responsibilities that come with having a powerful leveraging toolkit. By looking at examples of our own unconscious biases, you’ll gain a better understanding of where your perspective and values stand. You’ll learn how to find the right balance in making the necessary tradeoffs while exerting sustainable influence. Through exploring different hypothetical scenarios in the Hard Questions Survey, you’ll form strategies to avoid common pitfalls while leveraging influence. By the end of this module, you’ll have a deeper understanding of the ethics of persuasion and influence, and be able to make difficult decisions that are more aligned with you and your organization’s values.
Individual session will be required to “fine-tune’ the integration on a personal and professional level.
